The Canel winery was created back in the days when grapes were pressed by hand on wooden presses and wine was transported in large vats on horse-drawn carts. It was in 1897 when the name Canel became famous in the countryside of Valdobbiadene, which was already very well suited to the production of quality wine at that time. The passion and joy brought to the pursuit of ever better quality are inextricably linked to the love of the land and its products and are proudly integrated into Canel products.
Tasting notes
Bright and light straw yellow colour, with persistent perlage. Fruity, light and delicate bouquet with floral notes of wisteria and white fruit. Aromatic and dry flavour.Recommended serving temperature: 8°C — 10°C
