Wine mainly produced with Sangiovese grapes. Very intense ruby red color. It presents a complex, elegant bouquet with notes of ripe fruit and tertiary aromas such as vanilla. The taste is a soft and balanced wine with a persistent finish.
Vinification
Fermentation at controlled temperature at 30°C with a 12 days skin maceration. Aging in Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months, plus at least 3 months of rest in bottle.
