Casa Vinicola Antonutti is a winery in Friuli Venezia Giulia. The four generations of the Antonutti family have been growing grapes in the heart of the Grave del Friuli for just over a hundred years. The winery now owns about fifty hectares of vineyards. The rivers Meduna, Cellina and Taglimento have brought large amounts of dolomite limestone into the area, and the area itself is protected from northerly winds, but benefits from its proximity to the sea. Antonutti grape grows in a place called Barbeano, where the soil is pebbled. The difference between day and night temperatures is large, so the grapes can be harvested later when they are already full of aromas.

Winemaking

Short-lasting fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, bottling and subsequent refining in the bottle for a few months.

Tasting notes

At sight it has a golden yellow color. It is very soft and round on the palate and with a subtle aftertaste of almonds. Very attractive nose of juicy melon, hazelnut and summer meadow. An elegant wine with a light and light bitter tinge, with slightly mineral notes and white flowers, which ensure its lightness and lovable elegance.Serving temperature: 10° — 12°C

Pairing recommendation

This wine is ideal to accompany seafood, vegetarian dishes, or mushrooms. An excellent aperitif, perfect with white meat, seafood / crustaceans and grilled vegetables.
