In 1996, Nicholas Hammeken, who already had experience in marketing and selling wine in various European countries, opened his own business. At first, the company was just selling and reselling wines from other wineries, but then, in 2001, they had their first own line of wines. The company follows the latest global trends in order to produce wine of very good quality and at a relatively inexpensive price from local Spanish grape varieties.
“Harvested from October until early November just when the grapes were beginning to raisin on the vines. Within these slightly raisined clusters exists a harmonious concentration of natural sweetness and mature blackberry flavors. Aged in fine French oak for 6 months puts the GRAN in this Pasas.”

Deep dark ruby red colour with violet blue rim. The aromas are mature blackberries, ripe juicy dark cherries gentle notes of wild herbs balanced off with a dark chocolate.
