About wine

The continental climate with cold winters and quite frequent extreme weather conditions in summer makes it possible to produce unique red wines. Harvesting occurs when the berries reach the optimal level of ripeness. At the winery, the fruits undergo vinification, traditional for the creation of red wines, taking place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Tasting notes

The wine is characterized by a rich dark cherry color. The intense aroma of the wine is dominated by shades of ripe berries and red fruits. The taste of the wine is fresh, round, well-balanced, with a smooth texture, juicy acidity and fruit and berry accents in a long aftertaste. Serving temperature: 15-17 C°.

The wine goes well with meat, baked vegetables, pasta and spicy dishes.
