About the rice variety
Rice from the indica family with long and crystalline grain. It is the most cultivated and consumed variety of rice internationally. In Spain it is typical of the Marismas of the Guadalquivir.
After cooking, its grains tend to stay separate, due to the type of starch it contains.
Recommended for making salads and garnishes. Two proportions of water for one of rice. Approximate cooking time: 15 minutes.
