Winemaking
Organic viticulture. 60-year-old bush vines at an altitude of 650-750 meters. Manual harvest in boxes of 15Kg. 20 day maceration. Fermentation at low temperatures (maximum 27ºC). Native yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for 30 months in French oak barrels. Limited production of 3,923 bottles.
Tasting notes
Bright cherry red colour. Sweet nose, with hints of wood and aromas of red fruits. In the mouth it is powerful and complex, mixing spices, smoked and minerals with the aroma of red fruits.Recommended serving temperature: 15° — 18°C
