About wine

This wine is made with the best technology that the winery has. Thus, this complex and elegant Cabernet was born to surprise the most demanding palates. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25ºC for two weeks. The maceration of the skins is subject to meticulous control in order to extract the best varietal expression.

Tasting notes

Cherry red color. Complex fruit aromas, highlighting blackcurrant above all. The entry into the mouth is powerful and has great personality. A very structured, smooth and fresh wine with a persistent and very pleasant aftertaste.

Food pairing

Pairs perfectly with all types of meats, pastas, cured cheeses and rice. Ideal for spoon dishes.
