About wine

Ostras Pedrin Verdosilla is a high-quality Spanish white wine. Winemaker Luis Garcia Severino discovered the Verdosilla grape, which is grown in the Alto Turia vineyards at an altitude of 1100 meters. This grape is very unique and can hardly be found anywhere else than in this corner of Spain. With the first sip he shouted “Ostras Pedrin!” this means “Good Heaven!” which gave rise to the name for this wine.

Tasting notes

With a light yellow color and a nose of intense aromas of melon, pear and syrup, this wine has a fruity and spicy taste with a long aftertaste.

Food pairing

This wine is a good accompaniment to fish, crustaceans and shellfish, veal, pork and poultry.
