The story begins in 1747 with their ancestor, who decided to invest in a plot of land in order to cultivate vines. With great enthusiasm and curiosity, he tended the vineyard to harvest its fruit \u2014 the grape. This passion has been passed down from generation to generation and lives on to this day.
Seven generations later, the Domaine now works 13 hectares of vineyards spread across five communes and around one hundred individual plots. Today, Michel Fonn\u00e9 has been at the head of the estate since 1989. He took over from his uncle, Ren\u00e9 Barth, a winegrower, and added the land owned by his parents, who were also vine growers. <\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Pinot Noir from organic vineyards around Colmar, aged for 2 years on lees.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes<\/h3>\n

Only delicate strawberry notes reach the nose. On the palate, the wine remains just as restrained in its fruit expression, offering a crisp, dry, slender and lightly spicy profile. It finishes dry, clean and long. <\/p>\n
