Ch\u00e2teau Beau\u2011Site stretches gently down toward the Gironde. From the cellars and the terrace, one enjoys a remarkable view over the vineyard, its immediate neighbour Ch\u00e2teau Calon\u2011S\u00e9gur, and the estuary. It is one of the oldest estates in the renowned commune of Saint\u2011Est\u00e8phe. <\/strong><\/h5>\n
In recent years, Ch\u00e2teau Beau\u2011Site has benefited from major investments, including the complete renovation of the ch\u00e2teau and the creation of a stainless\u2011steel vat room adapted to the parcel structure. Today, the estate also benefits from the expertise of the Borie\u2011Cast\u00e9ja teams of the M\u00e9doc, both in the vineyard and in the cellars. The precision and high quality of the wines in recent vintages have been unanimously praised. <\/strong><\/h5>\n
Its name reflects its exceptional location on the banks of the Gironde, fully south\u2011facing, on the slope opposite Ch\u00e2teau Calon\u2011S\u00e9gur. On its stony hillsides grow vines whose old stocks have been carefully preserved, producing wines that are refined, complete, and elegant\u2014comparable to those of its illustrious neighbour. <\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Winemaking<\/h3>\n

4\u2011week vinification. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels (around 40% new). <\/p>\n

Tasting notes<\/h3>\n

The wine shows a bright colour. The nose evokes fresh fruit, blackberry, blackcurrant, and also liquorice. The attack is soft, and the tannic structure develops with smoothness and density. With good persistence, it retains elegance without any rusticity on the finish. <\/p>\n

Food pairings<\/strong><\/h3>\n
