Leda is vineyard, soil and work. Leda is the commitment to century-old vineyards in the Duero Valley, the search for authenticity, the selection of the richest soils. But, above all, Leda represents the wisdom of the land and of man in the achievement of multi-terroir wines. Leda is the result of a pure project that offers the most unique wines from a unique land such as Castilla y Le\u00f3n.<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Winemaking<\/h3>\n

Leda Vi\u00f1as Viejas is the wine that embodies the principles of Bodegas Leda. A multi-terroir red wine made from Tempranillo grapes from vineyards that are 70 and 100 years old, with low yields between 2,000 and 2,500 Kg\/Ha, from two of the most emblematic areas of Castilla y Le\u00f3n: Ribera del Duero and Toro. Leda Vi\u00f1as Viejas is the flagship of the winery, with a production that varies depending on the quality of the vintage, between 2,000 and 12,000 bottles. It has an aging of 20 months in French oak barrels.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes<\/h3>\n

Leda Vi\u00f1as Viejas is a complex wine, when oxygenated the varietal character takes center stage over the tertiary notes. A wine made to enjoy. Intense cherry red color, high layer and very bright. Concentrated and deep aroma. Red and black fruit, spices and toasted nuances that give it great complexity. Sweet, powerful, fruity and balanced in the mouth. Opulent but pleasant attack, marked but well tamed tannins and a tasty and elegant finish.Recommended serving temperature: 16-17\u00b0C<\/em><\/p>\n
