On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully light. This balanced white wine from Italy is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio grapes. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on clay soil. When perfect physiological ripeness is guaranteed, \u00c9tisa grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, without the use of coarse and less selective grape harvesters. After being harvested by hand, the grapes arrive at the winery via the fastest route. Here they are carefully sorted and crushed. Fermentation then takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation is complete, \u00c9tisa can continue to harmonize the fine sediments for a few months.<\/p>\n
