Luca Menicucci\u2019s Company Menicucci 1689 is the success of a person who has always strongly believed in his territory. Tuscany, a wonderful land, whose wines are loved all over the world. In his wines he describes a landscape, which in the simplicity of its grapes bewitches the palates of the whole world.<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Winemaking<\/h3>\n

Manual harvest between the second half of September and the first half of October vinification: soft pressing of the grapes. The free-run wine is subjected to fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (28 \u00b0 C) with macro-oxygenation and permanence on the skins for 20 days. Aging 12 months in tonneaux.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes<\/h3>\n

Very decisive, persistent and complex aromas obtained from the fusion of ripe fruit and sweet spices with menthol and eucalyptus notes. Strong personality of this wine is expressed on the palate with a powerful, savory and rich in polyphenols structure with a unique harmony of its kind.<\/p>\n
