Moillard, historically based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the C\u00f4te de Nuits, offers Domaine wines (C\u00f4te de Nuits and C\u00f4te de Beaune) and a traditional signature of Burgundy wines. The old documents of Nuits-Saint-Georges attest that the Moillard family already owned vineyards before the French Revolution. But the Winery saw a real boom in 1850, when Symphorien Moillard bought his first wines to satisfy an order too important for his own Domain, thus initiating his activity of wine trading. Since then, Moillard has carried out the meticulous job of wine making and aging to bring all their wines to their full potential.<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Winemaking<\/h3>\n

This appellation can be produced throughout the Burgundy production area. Bourgogne Passe-tout-grain is a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes (not wines).<\/p>\n

Tasting notes<\/h3>\n

Intense, brilliant ruby colour. Expressive nose of cherries and blackcurrant buds. Round and delicious on the palate, with slightly spicy red fruit aromas. A crisp finish with hints of fresh fruit.<\/p>\n

Food pairing<\/h3>\n
