\u201cCharacter\u201d is the password of Bruno Fina and his family. Fina\u2019s wines are the result of a land that is loved and fought for, they have the taste of the passion and of that grapes that have been wisely turned into wine, thanks to the dedication of the work in the vineyard. They have the familiar warmth and the experience of who has always done wine and has always know how to narrate it. This is how you transmit the hereditary character of the territory and the harmony of the men that search for excellence on a daily basis.<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Winemaking<\/h3>\n

Espalier, with Guyot training. 150\/450 metres above sea level. Planting density from 4500 to 5500 plants per hectare. Harvest in the second ten days of August. Fermentation 100% in steel. Foaming 2 months in autoclave.
\nThe base wine is obtained by low-temperature fermentation of the must resulting from the soft pressing of whole grapes. Refermentation takes place in autoclaves at a temperature of around 15\u00b0C for a period of two months.
\nCareful re-fermentation in the autoclave at a low temperature gives this wine a particular vivacity and freshness.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes<\/h3>\n

Part of the grapes come from vineyards adjacent to the sea coast in front of the island of Mozia. This sparkling white wine is straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights. On the nose it has fragrant, floral and fruity scents, while on the palate it has vegetal flavours typical of the grape variety used. These characteristics encapsulate all the Sicilian character of the sea, summer breezes and Sicilian citrus fruits.<\/p>\n

Food pairing<\/h3>\n

A young and lively wine, ideal to accompany light and tasty dishes, grilled fish, shellfish, white meat and saut\u00e9ed or baked vegetables. Excellent as an aperitif. Serving temperature: 8-10\u00b0C.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
