Guardians of the heritage and know-how of their ancestors for 3 generations, Champagne Yves Jacques run the family vineyard planted with the three Champagne grape varieties in the Marne Valley, the Cote des Blancs and the Aube, in the communes of S\u00e9zanne, Baye, but also Chouilly and Ay, classified as Grand Cru. Their Champagne wines are made in Baye, in their own cellars and in accordance with the traditional method. <\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

About the wine<\/h3>\n

This vintage is the signature cuv\u00e9e of the House. It is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which gives this wine elegance, roundness and finesse. This champagne, made from the best harvests, will enhance your finest dishes and enliven your aperitif. <\/p>\n

Tasting notes<\/h3>\n

Champagne Gisele is amber gold in colour with glittering reflections. The aroma is distinctive, strong, with notes of daisies, lime blossoms and fresh fruit. The palate is full-bodied, aromatic and intense with notes of roasted almonds and a long aftertaste. <\/p>\n

Food pairing<\/h3>\n
