Since 1911, in the heart of Emilia, the Antica Casa Vinicola Ca\u2018 De\u2019 Medici has made the history of high-quality Lambrusco, selecting from the best Cru the most prestigious grapes and handling from father in son, today at the fifth generation, the inheritance of the wine culture.<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Winemaking<\/h3>\n

The main characteristic is that it is obtained through a single long, slow, natural single fermentation from must to finished wine. The maceration of the grapes on the skins after pressing is very short and this gives this Lambrusco its typical bright pink colour. A feisty and youthful ros\u00e9 wine. Made with the utmost care for palates that prefer a sweeter taste than the more common ros\u00e9 Lambrusco wines that are generally very dry.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The aromas are the floral ones typical of ros\u00e9 Lambrusco, while on the palate this wine surprises with a fresh, strong taste of fruits such as currant, pomegranate and strawberry.<\/p>\n

Food pairing<\/strong><\/h3>\n
