Teanum was established in 2000 in San Severo, the hometown of its founders, Domenico Demaio and Vincenzo de Matteo, as well as the first Apulian town to obtain the PDO designation, in 1968. Today Teanum has another winery in San Paolo di Civitate and boasts a production of 1.5 million bottles per year, sold in Italy and in some 30 countries worldwide.<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Winemaking<\/h3>\n

Soft pressing, fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature of 14 \u00b0C. Aging in steel containers, refinement in the bottle.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes<\/h3>\n

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it opens to the nose with sweet floral and fruity notes. On the palate it is fresh and mineral with elegant sapidity.<\/p>\n
