Bodegas Langa is currently the main winery in Calatayud and the only one with a long and uninterrupted family tradition. The winery is located in an emblematic area, considered magical throughout the human settlements that have taken place in the area. The Sierra Vicor, at the foot of which the winery is located, was a sacred place for the Celtiberians and had a prominent place in the work of the classical poet Marco Valerio Marcial. <\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Winemaking<\/h3>\n

Primary fermentation in inox vats fermentation controlled at 16\u00baC. 3 months matured in barrel. Malolactic fermentation not carried out, in order to mantain a high final acidity. Secondary fermentation in bottle at 15\u00baC. Maturation in bottle GUARDA, +9 months sur lattes. <\/p>\n

Tasting notes<\/h3>\n

Pale yellow colour; persistent perlage with very small bubbles. Toasted bread, tropical fruit, touches of almond and coconut. Good acidity. Full on the mouth, a lot of body, long without bitterness. Coherent flavours. Citrus such as pink grapefruit and tropical fruit. <\/p>\n
