Luca Menicucci’s company Menicucci 1689 is the success of a man who has always strongly believed in his territory. Tuscany, a wonderful land whose wines are loved the world over. In his wines, he describes a landscape that, in the simplicity of its grapes, captivates the tastes of the whole world.<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Winemaking<\/h3>\n

Harvest in mid-September. Hand-harvested grapes, selectively dried using “appassimento” method, undergo controlled fermentation and meticulous aging on lees. This process yields a full-bodied wine, showcasing a harmonious balance of concentrated flavors. Ageing in stainless steel tanks for 3 months on fine lees. <\/p>\n

Tasting notes<\/h3>\n

Intense gold yellow colour. Wide, ethereal bouquet with pleasant hints of tropical fruit. Full, round and warm in the mouth with great structure and smoothness. Delicate and aromatic aftertaste and a long finish. <\/p>\n
