Bodegas Barreda is a modern company whose goal is to produce high-quality wines, completing a process that begins in the soil and ends with a bottle ready for sale. At Torre de Barreda, wine is understood as a universal product that embodies the cultural identity of the region and as a spiritual complement to food in the art of gastronomy. The world of wine is a fascinating one, but it requires a lot of patience and care: time is a decisive factor, and today’s hard work and planning will only bear fruit many years from now. About the wine<\/h3>\n

Amigos Blanco is a multi-varietal white wine from Bodegas Barreda, born from a spirit of growth, innovation, and ongoing challenge. Its roots, however, lie in the traditional winemaking of the Barreda family in the town of Corral de Almaguer in Toledo. Amigos pays tribute to friendship, celebrated around a bottle of wine. <\/p>\n

Winemaking<\/h3>\n

Harvest is done by hand in small crates to avoid oxidation at all stages. Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks, followed by a short ageing period on the lees with b\u00e2tonnage. <\/p>\n

Tasting notes<\/h3>\n

Delicate white stone fruit on the nose, with subtle floral aromas. Not opulent. On the palate, however, broad and well-structured. The old vines clearly show their influence. No noticeable oak impact in the flavour profile. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
