About the grape variety<\/h3>\n

Traminer Aromatico<\/strong>: features a small, compact, and often winged cluster, amber-ros\u00e9 in colour with fleshy pulp and aromatic flavour. The leaf is small, round, and pentagonal. <\/p>\n

Winemaking<\/h3>\n

The production comes from vineyards located on the hillsides of Rover\u00e8 della Luna and the hills of Pressano di Lavis, cultivated using the traditional Trentino single pergola system on sandy-loam and clay-loam soils.<\/p>\n

Sandy-loam and clay-loam soils. After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed immediately. A short cold maceration is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation without malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in steel tanks. Best consumed within two to three years after bottling. <\/p>\n

Tasting notes<\/h3>\n

Straw yellow with golden reflections, rich in tone. Aromatic and intense, with distinctive and unmistakable notes of rose, cloves, spices, and exotic fruits. The taste is aromatic, fine, delicate, and full-bodied, with a pleasant aftertaste. <\/p>\n

Food pairing<\/h3>\n

Excellent as an aperitif. Perfect with apple risottos, prosciutto and figs, melon, various p\u00e2t\u00e9s and mousses, prawns and shellfish, white meats, and cooked cheeses.
