Across 80 hectares of vineyards in Contrada Portelli, tradition blends with innovation, resulting in wines that capture the strength, generosity and distinctive character of Sicily. <\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>A raisin wine made from a blend of Grillo and Zibibbo grapes. The golden hue of the grapes, fully ripened on the vine, inspired its name \u201cBaccadoro\u201d. It recalls sunlight shimmering on lemon peel, with aromas of orange blossom and freshly picked citrus fruit. Its freshness, combined with great intensity, creates a remarkable contrast. A reminder of Sicilian passion\u2026 so sweet.    <\/p>\n<h3>Winemaking<\/h3>\n<p>Altitude: 50\u2013100 m above sea level<br \/>Harvest period: late August to mid\u2011September<br \/>Winemaking: fermentation at controlled temperature with skin contact<br \/>Aging: stainless steel tanks and bottle aging<\/p>\n<h3>Tasting notes<\/h3>\n<p>Color: golden yellow, developing amber nuances with further maturation.<br \/>Nose: intense aromatic bouquet with notes of apricot, orange blossom, and candied fruit.<br \/>Palate: intense and persistent, mirroring the aromatic profile. Excellent balance between freshness and sweetness. Grillo contributes freshness, Zibibbo adds sweetness.  <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Food pairings<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>delicious with traditional desserts. A must\u2011try with almond pastries, dried figs, and candied oranges.
