Fondo Antico is a family\u2011run winery in the Trapani area, built on deep respect for Sicilian land and the century\u2011long winemaking heritage of the Polizzotti\u2011Scuderi family. Across 80 hectares of vineyards in Contrada Portelli, tradition blends with innovation, resulting in wines that capture the strength, generosity and distinctive character of Sicily. <\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Kal\u00eco is a fresh, semi\u2011sparkling white sea wine that recalls Mediterranean citrus.<\/p>\n

Winemaking: grape chilling upon arrival, soft pressing; first fermentation to obtain the base wine in stainless steel at controlled temperature
