Guardians of the heritage and know-how of their ancestors for 3 generations, Champagne Yves Jacques run the family vineyard planted with the three Champagne grape varieties in the Marne Valley, the Cote des Blancs and the Aube, in the communes of S\u00e9zanne, Baye, but also Chouilly and Ay, classified as Grand Cru. Their Champagne wines are made in Baye, in their own cellars and in accordance with the traditional method. <\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

About the wine<\/h3>\n

This cuv\u00e9e is characteristic of the house: the blend of Champagne\u2019s three main grape varieties and wines from different crus gives the final assemblage fruitiness, roundness, and refined elegance. This smooth and easy\u2011drinking Champagne is ideal for festive moments shared with friends or family. <\/p>\n

Winemaking<\/h3>\n

Integrated vineyard management. Traditional hand harvesting. Temperature\u2011controlled fermentation in stainless\u2011steel tanks and traditional vinification. Ageing on the lees before bottling. <\/p>\n

Tasting notes<\/h3>\n

Golden colour with fine perlage and golden highlights. The nose is aromatic and intense, with hints of white flowers and citrus fruits, enriched by generous peach and pear aromas. The palate is complex and concentrated, with peach notes and a long finish. <\/p>\n

Food pairing<\/h3>\n
