Founded in 2010, this family\u2011owned estate unites artisanal expertise, sustainable practices and an exceptional terroir to create sparkling wines of true world\u2011class calibre, rivaling the finest Champagnes. Rathfinny is also the world\u2019s first grower\u2011producer of sparkling wine to achieve B Corp certification \u2014 a testament to its uncompromising quality, environmental stewardship and refined winemaking philosophy.  <\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>The 2024 Vintage<\/strong> The 2024 growing season was wetter than average, creating challenging conditions for wine producers across Northern Europe. At Rathfinny, however, careful vineyard management enabled 250 local pickers to hand\u2011select Sussex PDO\u2011quality fruit for our Cradle Valley wines. Harvested throughout October to achieve ideal phenolic ripeness, the fruit was whole\u2011bunch pressed before blending in January of the following year and bottling in March.  <\/p>\n<h3>Winemaking<\/h3>\n<p>Inoculated with commercial yeast and fermented in stainless steel, then part\u2011matured in neutral French oak. <br \/><strong>Release Date<\/strong> February 2026<br \/><strong>Blend <\/strong>92% Pinot Gris, 8% Chardonnay  <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tasting notes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lemon\u2011yellow in colour, with aromas of white peach and delicate florals.
