Tasting notes

It stands out for its intense mahogany color with ruby red reflections. It has an explosion of citrus aromas on the nose (orange peel, lime and grapefruit) and the vegetable notes of local botanicals such as Pebrella and Savory, common to the pre-coastal hills of the Valencian Community. Its 37 herbal ingredients give this hand-crafted vermouth a broad and powerful taste, a nimble step and a long finish, and a very elegant bitter aftertaste.
