Return policy for physical VinoDeli stores
At VinoDeli, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return a product, please review our return policy below:
Return Conditions:
1. Products must be returned with a valid receipt from the store where the purchase was made.
2. The product must be in the same condition as when purchased, with no signs of tampering.
3. Opened bottles of wine can be returned if there is suspicion of spoilage. The product must be brought back to the store where it was purchased for inspection.
Inspection and Confirmation:
Inspection and Confirmation:
1. Our staff will inspect the returned wine to confirm spoilage (e.g., cork defect, excessive oxidation, secondary fermentation in still wines, etc.).
2. If spoilage is confirmed, the customer will be offered the following options:
● A replacement bottle of the same wine (same variety, name, and producer).
● If the customer wishes to exchange the wine for another, the price difference must not exceed three euros. If the selected wine is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference.
NB! No refunds will be given for alcoholic beverages in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
