Winemaking

Harvest in mid-September. Hand-harvested grapes, selectively dried using “appassimento” method, undergo controlled fermentation and meticulous aging on lees. This process yields a full-bodied wine, showcasing a harmonious balance of concentrated flavors. Ageing in stainless steel tanks for 3 months on fine lees.

Tasting notes

Intense gold yellow colour. Wide, ethereal bouquet with pleasant hints of tropical fruit. Full, round and warm in the mouth with great structure and smoothness. Delicate and aromatic aftertaste and a long finish.
