The company was founded by Agostino Marsura and is still located in Val de Cune, in the heart of Guia di Valdobbiadene — in the original buildings that have been expanded and improved over the years. Today, they are equipped with the most modern technology, ensuring high‑quality wines while also protecting the environment.
The winery is almost hidden among the family’s vineyards, situated in the most prestigious areas of the DOCG zone: Cartizze, Col San Martino, Guia, Premaor, Rolle, Zuel and Le Serre.
Winemaking
The white wine is produced using a gentle pressing method, with a maximum juice yield of up to 70%.
In the most sheltered vineyards, where the unique slope of the hills provides long and even sunlight exposure, Valdobbiadene DOCG “Soller” is born — a sparkling wine with a fresh and delicate aroma.
Tasting notes
Ripe fruit notes dominated by apple. On the palate, the wine is inviting, full‑bodied, aromatic and elegant, with good structure. The bubbles are fine and persistent. Serving temperature: 8–9 °C.
Food pairing
An ideal aperitif, perfect for enjoying in good company at any time of day.
