At the Allacher winery, the indispensable knowledge of tradition are combined with the modern insights of the next generation. What grows from this are great wines. The vineyards are located on about 30 hectares of the unique wine-growing region of Neusiedlersee, including the legendary vineyards Altenberg and Salzberg. The soil gives the potential. The winery provides natural, attentive care. Fresh fruity white wines, powerful dense red wines and extract-rich sweet wines are the precious result. Here happiness and glass find each other.

Winemaking

The grapes were fermented on the skins for three weeks, similar to the production of red wine. This was followed by gentle pressing. The young wine matured for 16 months in used barriques, resting continuously on the lees to gain complexity and structure. Shortly before bottling, the wine was carefully racked to preserve its clarity and aromatic purity.

Tasting notes

The nose reveals an intense bouquet of elderflower, accompanied by fine hints of orange and citrus fruits. On the palate, the wine is spicy and firm, with a beautiful, dense texture and a subtle honey note. The long, expressive finish and persistent aftertaste make this orange wine a truly special pleasure that delivers pure drinking joy.
An orange wine that is simply fun to drink!
