It’s a century-old winery, and it’s the future. Its history dates back to 1821. to the year when manzanilla began to be produced. Since then, Barbadillo has not stopped developing, always looking for wines that surprise and leave their mark.

Barbadillo VI lightly sparkling aromatic wine is the most innovative creation from Bodegas Barbadillo. It is a young, fruity wine with a low alcohol content that nevertheless preserves the full aroma and flavor of wine. This is possible because no alcohol has been removed: fermentation is simply halted once the desired alcohol level is reached.

Tasting notes

Appearance: pale yellow Nose: rose petals, lychee, talcum powder, citrus, Muscat grape Palate: slightly sweet entry. Despite its low alcohol content, VI retains a texture, colour and aroma very similar to wine, making it a standout among the lightest, fruitiest, low‑alcohol beverages on the market.
Unlike dealcoholised products, where alcohol is extracted, VI simply undergoes an arrested fermentation once the desired level is reached.

Food pairing

Ideal with soft cheeses or desserts, and also perfect on its own as an aperitif.
