Winemaking

Direct extraction of the must from the three varieties before 24 hours pass with the lees. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Once stabilized and filtered, the wine is ready to be bottled.

Tasting notes

Easygoing nose, full of red fruits. However, in the mouth, a complex and dry wine is revealed, without losing an ounce of the freshness it promises.
