Blurry Moon Gin is the result of a series of experiments by the head distiller of the Maison Gimet distillery. It is made by steeping crushed plant materials and essential oils, resulting in a highly aromatic product. Only organic botanicals such as juniper berries, coriander, lemongrass, red cinchona and hops are used as raw materials. These plants are crushed and steeped in a copper still and then distilled.

The color of the gin is slightly cloudy. Fresh, with the aroma of lemongrass and pine resin.
The taste is fresh and structured with notes of mint, iodine and juniper berries, with depth given by a light bitterness.

Enjoy with ice or in a classic Gin Tonic.
