Blurry Moon Gin is the result of a series of experiments by the head distiller of the Maison Gimet distillery. It is made by steeping crushed plant materials and essential oils, resulting in a highly aromatic product. Only organic botanicals such as juniper berries, coriander, lemongrass, red cinchona and hops are used as raw materials. These plants are crushed and steeped in a copper still and then distilled.

The color is slightly white. The aroma is floral, dominated by lemongrass and accentuated by intense freshness. Spicy with notes of ginger. The aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Pairs: with ice or gin and tonic. Stronger, suitable for sweet and savory dishes or adds sourness and freshness to sweet desserts.
