Rosso di Montalcino Tornesi comes to life from the south-west and south-east areas of Montalcino, from a stony ground mixed with galestro particularly rich in skeleton. 100% Sangiovese, is the result of fermentation at a controlled temperature of 30 ° C with a long maceration on its skins.
