Tasting notes
Color – pale straw, with a greenish tint. The taste is light, drinkable, refreshing, with tones of white flowers and fruit candies, crisp acidity and balanced mineral notes. The aftertaste is dry and short. The fresh aroma is represented by shades of cut grass, pear, lime and grapefruit, boxwood honey and black currant buds.

Ideal as an aperitif, paired with fried fish, oysters, and seafood.
