Winemaking

Traditional vinification with long, temperature‑controlled maceration.

Aged in stainless‑steel vats on French oak staves for 6 to 10 months.

Tasting notes

A young, bright wine with a deep colour. Intense and expressive nose combining red‑fruit aromas with woody notes. The palate is rounded with light tannins.
