Owned by the Echevarria family, the estate has worked in a reasoned way with particular attention to the quality of the Merlots to obtain magnificent fruit aromas.
Clay-limestone soil. Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
Deep red colour, the nose is intense with notes of red fruits. The palate is rich with notes of raspberry and strawberry. The tannins are supple with a slight spicy touch.
Perfect with roast poultry, grilled veal and sheep’s milk cheese.
