The Chiacchiera winery, founded in 2010 by the family of Emanuela Mancianti, is located on the hills of Montepulciano, in the picturesque area of Cervognano. Across 18 hectares of carefully arranged vineyards, authentic Tuscan wines are crafted. The family — Emanuela, Donato, Viola, Matilde and Vera — personally oversees every stage of the work, preserving tradition, caring for the land, and welcoming guests to discover a world of genuine flavour and heartfelt hospitality.

Once the grapes reach perfect technological and phenolic ripeness, they are hand‑harvested into small crates, destemmed, and gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation follows in concrete tanks at 26–27 °C, with maceration on the skins for about 20–25 days. After racking, the wine is aged for around 12 months in 5 HL French oak tonneaux (50% new, 50% second‑use).
Bottle aging for approximately 6 months.

Best served at temperatures between 16-18°C.
