Rathfinny Wine Estate stands among England’s most distinguished sparkling wine producers, crafting elegant Sussex wines on the sun‑drenched chalk slopes of the South Downs. The 2024 Vintage The 2024 growing season was wetter than average, creating challenging conditions for wine producers across Northern Europe. At Rathfinny, however, careful vineyard management enabled 250 local pickers to hand‑select Sussex PDO‑quality fruit for our Cradle Valley wines. Harvested throughout October to achieve ideal phenolic ripeness, the fruit was whole‑bunch pressed before blending in January of the following year and bottling in March.

Tasting notes

A delicate pink colour conceals a rich nose of red fruits and light peach. The palate is full of wild strawberries and white peaches, finishing with a pomegranate lift.
