A family estate since 1930, run by the energetic winemaker Gabriel Giusiano since 2004, Pey Blanc is a jewel in the Aix wine landscape. “Preserving the terroir, listening to the vines, paying attention to their balance”, says Gabriel, who seeks the right balance between elegance and freshness for his wines. Respecting the potential of the terroir, then selecting and vinifying the wines in a precise manner, are the best methods! Pey Blanc concentrates its know-how on a majority of rosé wines from Provence, of a high quality level, with contemporary aromatic profiles, with thiolic or amylic notes, depending on the vintage. The white wines are also clean and brilliant, while the reds are complex, elegant and delicate. In a sustainable approach to our environment, we are committed to preserving, enhancing and sharing our terroir.
