Winemaking
Small area of 1.5ha planted in AOC Moulis, the plots come from a division of an old property located at a place called Grand Poujeaux. Gravel floor. Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats with aging for 13 months in barrels.
Tasting notes
Beautiful deep robe. Young nose with lovely fruity tones. On the palate a certain power, a woody present, all in balance and freshness.Recommended serving temperature: 16° – 18°C
