Winemaking
Organic viticulture. 35-year-old bush vines at an altitude of of 650 meters. Manual harvest in boxes of 15Kg. Maceration for 10 days. Fermentation at low temperatures (maximum 27ºC). Native yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for 2 months in two-use French oak barrels. An original Toro made in San Román de la Hornija.
Tasting notes
Bright cherry red colour. On the nose it is fresh, with a predominance of aromas of red fruits and a touch of vanilla. Friendly palate with tannins full of subtlety.Recommended serving temperature: 15° — 18°C
