The company founded by Agostino Marsura is still in Val de Cune in Guia di Valdobbiadene in the original buildings which, over the years, have been expanded and improved so that today they house some of the most advanced technology helping them to guarantee quality while caring for the environment. The winery is almost hidden from view sitting among the family’s vineyards in the most prestigious areas of the DOCG zone: Cartizze, Col San Martino, Guia, Premaor, Rolle, Zuel and Le Serre.

Winemaking

White vinification, with gentle pressing and a maximum yield of 70%. From the most sheltered vineyards, where the particular slope of the hill ensures full sun exposure for the grapes over a long period, comes the Valdobbiadene DOCG “Soller”: a sparkling wine with a fresh and delicate aroma.

Tasting notes

Hints of ripe fruit. Apple is predominant. The taste is inviting, full, aromatic and elegant with good structure. Fine and persistent perlage. Serving temperature 8° – 9° C.

Ideal as an aperitif, to be enjoyed in good company at any time of the day.
