The company was founded by Agostino Marsura and is still located in Val de Cune, in the heart of Guia di Valdobbiadene — in the original buildings that have been expanded and improved over the years. Today, they are equipped with the most modern technology, ensuring high‑quality wines while also protecting the environment.
The winery is almost hidden among the family’s vineyards, situated in the most prestigious areas of the DOCG zone: Cartizze, Col San Martino, Guia, Premaor, Rolle, Zuel and Le Serre.
Winemaking
The white wine is produced using a gentle pressing method, with a maximum juice yield of up to 70%.
The fresh air from the San Boldo pass reaches our hilly vineyards, slowing the ripening of the grapes and giving them a characteristic slightly greenish hue — perfect for achieving the brut style.
Tasting notes
The aroma is gentle and delicately fragrant, with elegant complexity reminiscent of golden apple. Wild flower notes are clearly present. On the palate the wine is intense, dry and fresh, with fine and persistent bubbles. Serving temperature: 8–9 °C.
Food pairing
An ideal aperitif that pairs beautifully with all fish dishes.
