The winery founded by Agostino Marsura is still located in Val de Cune, in Guia di Valdobbiadene, in the original buildings that have been expanded and modernised over the years.
Today they house state-of-the-art technology that ensures the highest wine quality while respecting the environment.
The cellar lies almost hidden among the family’s vineyards, in the most prestigious areas of the DOCG zone: Cartizze, Col San Martino, Guia, Premaor, Rolle, Zuel and Le Serre.

Winemaking

White wine made using gentle pressing, with a maximum yield of up to 70 %.
The fresh air from the San Boldo Pass reaches our hilly vineyards, slowing down the ripening of the grapes and giving them a distinctive, slightly green freshness — perfect for the Brut style.

Tasting Notes

The aroma is delicate and refined, with elegant complexity reminiscent of golden apple.
Hints of wild flowers emerge.
On the palate, the wine is intense, dry and fresh, with fine and persistent bubbles.
Serving temperature: 8–9 °C.

Food Pairing

An ideal aperitif, elegantly pairing with all fish dishes.
