Since 1911, in the heart of Emilia, the Antica Casa Vinicola Ca‘ De’ Medici has made the history of high-quality Lambrusco, selecting from the best Cru the most prestigious grapes and handling from father in son, today at the fifth generation, the inheritance of the wine culture.
Winemaking
Remigiotto is crafted from grapes grown in the Reggio Emilia region. This Lambrusco undergoes careful fermentation at low temperatures to preserve the freshness and character of the grapes. The wine is semi-sweet, with a deep ruby-red color and persistent bubbles.
Tasting notes
The bouquet offers red berries such as cherry and raspberry, with subtle floral and spicy notes. The palate is fresh and fruity, with balanced acidity and a pleasant sweetness.
Food pairing
Perfect as a dessert wine, pairing well with chocolate cakes or fruit tarts. It also complements soft cheeses or mild grilled meats beautifully.
Recommendable serving temperature: 8 – 10° C
