Located in the heart of the Pauillac appellation, the birthplace of the greatest Médoc wines, Château Lynch‑Moussas embodies the excellence and centuries‑old heritage of Bordeaux’s grands crus classés. In keeping with this illustrious tradition, Pauillac de Lynch‑Moussas was created at the initiative of Philippe Castéja starting with the 2018 vintage, using the youngest vines of the estate. Its fruity and fresh style recalls that of the Grand Vin. As the third wine of this prestigious property, it offers a remarkable interpretation of the exceptional terroir from which it originates.

Winemaking

Fermentation and maceration for 15 to 20 days in temperature‑controlled vats.
Aged for 18 months in oak barrels (60% new, 40% one‑year‑old).

TASTING NOTES

Very attractive deep dark red colour. Fresh aromas of black fruits, a well‑defined structure, smooth tannins, and expressive fruit with beautifully integrated oak.
Long aftertaste. An excellent bottle for discovering the Lynch‑Moussas style.

Food pairings

Ideal with roasted lamb fillet, honey‑glazed turkey, marinated rabbit, Bordeaux‑style porcini mushrooms, or Saint‑Nectaire cheese.
